DEDICATION OF THE BRITISH COLUMBIA FIR FLAG POLE

Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, Paulin McGibbon unveils the plaque for the British Columbia Fir Flag Pole, 18 August 1977.
I believe it is Sgt. Ross Pezzak, second from left. 
I don't recall the Fort York Guard here.

    I think these are Mike Wiley with the flag, then Bruce Wood and Gord Lacey,
