A movie?
I did not know about Brigadier-General John A. McGinnis that he passed away in February of 1999. I didn't know him well, but I remember driving him in his Ford LTD along with another dignitary. I can't remember who it was, but we were stuck in traffic along Queen Street and he suggested we go to Adelaide as it is a one way street. That is all that I can recall.
